Chucker not working

I'm getting the following error:

[10:23] 3 gifts sent, Stopped Chucking, now shutting down
[10:23] Unknown response received, retrying..

It says gifts were sent after I click stop, but they were never taken from my loot or added to recipients.

All gifters are broken after todays update. I noticed they changed a lot of items from giftable to non-giftable and some the other way it looks like
